6 lessons I learned after posting 100 videos

2+2 Saturdays

Yo!

Welcome back to 2+2 Saturday. (2 ideas/products to optimize your life + 2 curated pieces of content from this past week.)

đź’ˇ Idea of the week

I wrote up a blog post on my website talking about the 6 lessons I learned after posting 100+ videos on YouTube. If you’re a creator or you’re thinking of making video on YouTube it might save you from some of the mistakes I made when I was starting out.

⚡ Product of the week (Self Promotion)

I just launched the Life Tracker Guide which is an e-book breaking down a simple analog system to track and optimize your life. No more overwhelming notion templates, subscription apps, or confusing habit trackers. It’s the only product I sell and it’s 50% off until the end of April 🙂

If you’ve found any of my videos or newsletter valuable, this helps support the channel and allows me to make more videos on a weekly basis!

đź“– Book I’m Reading

Tiny Habits: The Small Changes That Change Everything. If you enjoyed Atomic Habits, you’ll probably enjoy this book too. This is a great book that talks about behavior design, the science behind motivation, and how to design your habits.

🍿 Curated content of the week:

What I Wish Someone Had Told Me - Sam Altman This is a insightful blog post written by Sam Altman (who runs OpenAI) on the 17 lessons he’s learned that has helped him get to where he is. Takes about 5 minutes to read and could be helpful for you no matter what you’re working on. I found myself thinking deeply about some of the lessons.

Hope you have a good weekend! Let’s get it this week 🤝
