This past month I’ve been trying out Andrew Huberman’s complete sleep protocol. If you don’t know who he is, he is a neuroscientist professor at Stanford who has a podcast talking about scientific ways to improve your life.
Anyway, he has a sleep protocol that is pretty well-known on the internet and I decided to try it out while tracking my mood, weight, and sleep metrics. I made a video summarizing the protocol and sharing my results after 30 days!
📖 What I’m Reading
I’ve been revisiting the Four Hour Body by Tim Ferriss. Definitely the OG biohacking bible. I’ve been doing his basic morning routine for years (30g of protein with 30g of waking) and was planning on making a video about it too.
